Double-layer insulated stainless steel chimney

Double-layer insulated stainless steel chimney is a new product designed and produced by us. It is made of stainless steel. It increases the service life of the chimney and makes the excellent performance of the stainless steel chimney more fully utilized. Its design, manufacturing and inspection procedures are strictly in accordance with the national standard GB50051-2013 “Chimney Design Specification”, CJ/T288-2008 “Prefabricated Double-layer Stainless Steel Flue and Chimney” and the nationally recognized BSI-BS*4076:89 “Specification for Steel Chimneys” British national standard.

This product is a split modular structure, which can be made into any direction according to the design and construction requirements

The products are mainly round (DN150-DN3000) and rectangular/polygonal (any size).

Inner layer: Commonly used materials are stainless steel SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9 or 0Cr17Ni112Mo2).

Outer layer: stainless steel SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9 or 0Cr17Ni112Mo2), aluminum plate or galvanized thin steel plate

The inner and outer cylinders and insulation materials of each component of the chimney are assembled as one before leaving the factory. When installing on site, you only need to tighten the screws, without on-site welding and riveting, making the installation convenient and quick.
