Wet scrubber(water film dust collector) is a kind of equipment used for gas dust removal and purification. Its working principle is to capture dust by water film formed on the inner wall of dust collector or other special components through dust-containing gas impact, so as to achieve the purpose of gas purification. Water film dust collector mainly includes impact water film, inert (louver) water film and centrifugal water film dust collector.
Water film dust collectors are widely used in boilers and industrial production to separate dust from flue gas and ensure the cleanliness of exhaust gas. In addition, by adding alkaline water to the circulating pool, it can also achieve the effect of desulfurization.
The working principle of water film dust collector is as follows: dust-containing gas is introduced tangentially from the lower part of the cylinder and rotates upward. Dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder. They are adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall of the cylinder, flow to the bottom cone with water, and discharged through the dust outlet. The water film layer is formed by the nozzle arranged on the upper part of the cylinder spraying water tangentially to the wall of the device, so that the inner wall of the cylinder is always covered with a thin water film that rotates downward, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the dust removal effect.
